With over 14 years’ experience in Human Resources Management and Learning & Development,  Ms. Cheung has worked for the Bank of China, the Hang Seng Bank, the HKSAR Civil Servant Training and Development Institute, and be responsible for manpower strategy planning, performance management and talent management.

She is also Qualified and Accredited Administrator of MBTI®, FIRO-B®, Certified Behavioral Consultant of DISC® and Six Sigma Green Belt
