Dr. Christine Lai is a scholar-in-practice integrating leadership, integral wellness and spirituality. She is the Spiritual Advisor and Integral Care and Wellness Consultant for Caritas; Founder/Consultant of Management of Heart Associates; Guest Professor; Research Associate at Cambridge and Bioethics Resource Centre.

Dr. Lai holds a Professional Doctorate of Practical Theology from Cambridge with thesis “Midlife transformation of Christian professionals in HK, evolving a spiritual practice model” and researching on Ageing in intercultural approach. 

She holds another Doctorate degree of Business from HK Polytechnic University. As Human Resources Director for over 25 years in investment bank, she has extensive experience in integral leadership, wellness culture and transformation.
