She holds two Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Strategic Human Resources Management and specialized qualifications in training, coaching, assessment tools, and career facilitation.

Florence started her career as a business management professional, responsible for business development, strategy formulation, and business operation. Florence later found her passion in learning & organizational development. While with the multinational organization and NGO, she created and implemented award-winning organization development initiatives.
