Dr. Cheung specializes in integrating Western and Eastern management concepts, focusing on leadership, organizational dynamics, and cross-cultural management, especially the application of Drucker’s management philosophy in Confucian contexts. She holds a PhD in Management and an EMBA from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. With extensive experience in strategic planning and business development, she also provides guidance on strategy and governance to high-tech startups
