Mr. Shao was enormously inspired by Prof. Maciariello’s passion, and whole-hearted dedication to the development of Management as a Liberal Art in the Mainland China and Hong Kong. During Prof. Maciariello’ s trip to China a decade ago, he insisted to attend all of the Drucker Forums being held in various Chinese cities within a few day time, even though his body had fallen sick, Prof. Maciariello was determined to participate, and actively interacted with learning partners in China. His dedication and commitments are very impressive and well-respected.
